Installation of all contracted mechanical works for  Shopping Mall and the Hotel had been realized by MİRA.

The section of Shopping Mall is 77,000 m²,  the Hotel section is 43,000 m^2, Total closed area of construction is 120,000 m². 

The initial campus of Newyork University is consists of 2 main parts as constructed in Abu Dhabi.

Abu Dhabi campus has a capability of giving online education service interconnected with the Newyork campus on the same time.

All electrical and mechanical designing and contracting works of the campus building had been completed as in Design & Build model by the experienced personnel of MİRA.

President’s Hospital of Almaty with 35,000 m² closed area has emergency service, VIP, polyclinics, patient rooms, surgery theathers, sport and rehabilitation center, administration and conferance units. All the works of electrical and mechanical diciplines for the hospital were designed and projected by MİRA.

All design, projecting and contracting works of architectural, static, construction, electrical, mechanical and automatic control disiplinces are accomplished by MİRA in design and built basis as for both of main Hospital Campus restoration and the new building of Town Medical Center.

1 additional polyclinic building, 1 additional patient’s room and radiology building which consists of several blocks, 1 town medical center building were completed and delivered to the customer in design and built basis. All of the design and contracting works were realized by the personnel of  MİRA.

Electrical, mechanical and the inner construction works for a high Level Sale Office are designed and realized by MİRA.

This sale Office building has a function of high level presentation of investment and saling of the shops in the Mall, business offices and the residances of  Loft complexes apartments 

Many design and contracting works are realized by the personnel of MİRA in different previous years for  Bayındır Hospital’s Söğütözü, Kavaklıdere ve İçerenköy interprises. All of the design, Project and the contracting works of electrical, mechanical and autometic control system diciplines for Surgery Theathers, Intensive Care Units, Bone Marrow Transfer Units, Polyclinics, Laboratories, Radiology and Visualization Units, Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Centers, Sterilization Units, Pharmacy, Kitchens and the Depots.
